**JobSummary:**
WeareseekinganexperiencedBusinessAnalystwithaminimumof5yearsofexperienceinrequirementanalysisandprototypedesign.Theidealcandidatewillhaveastrongbackgroundinsoftwaredevelopmentandtesting,alongwithexperienceinagileprojectmanagement.FluencyinEnglishisessential,andproficiencyinCantoneseispreferred.Experienceindeliveringbankingprojectsishighlydesirable.
**KeyResponsibilities:**
-CollaboratewithPOandrelevantstakeholderstogather,analyze,anddocumentbusinessrequirements.
-Developanddesignprototypestovisualizerequirementsandfacilitatediscussions.
-Conductrequirementanalysistoensurealignmentwithbusinessobjectives.
-Workcloselywithdevelopmentandtestingteamstoensurerequirementsareunderstoodandmet.
-Participateinagileprojectmanagementprocesses,includingsprintplanning,dailystand-ups,andretrospectives.
-Proactivelyfacilitateworkshopsandmeetingstoelicitrequirementsandgatherfeedback.
-Createandmaintaindocumentation,includingbusinessrequirementdocuments(BRDs),functionalspecifications,andEpic,userstories.
-Assistinuseracceptancetesting(UAT)andensurethatsolutionsmeetbusinessneeds.
-Providesupportandtrainingtoe
