【职位描述TheRole】

校区副校长（销售服务经理）负责校区的销售团队及班主任团队的运营管理，并达成销售指标。包括新生销售，售后的班级管理，学习效果及学习体验等所有相关的校区活动管理。

TheSalesandServiceManagerisresponsibleforthefulloperationofsalesandservicedepartmentandachievingthesalestarget.Thisincludesallpre-saleandpost-saleactivitiesinthecenter.

【工作职责KeyResponsibilities】

•Operations-WorkwiththeDirectorofStudiestoimplementtheOperationsManualandtoensureteachingqualitycontinuallyimproves.

•Sales-Supervisetheseniorcourseconsultantandthesalesteamtoimprovethesalesprocess,monitorthesalesteamandmeetbudgeted

salestargets.

•Service–Supervisetheseniorcustomerrelationsofficeandtheserviceteamtoimprovetheserviceprocessandcustomersatisfaction,monitortheserviceteamandmeetbudgetedretentionsalestargets.

•RecruitingandTraining-Beinchargeoflocalsalesandservicestaffemployment,ensureallstaffreceiveappropriatetrainingandparticipateinevaluationsofthem.

•Logistics-Ensurethatalldepartmentshavetimelyandeffectivelogisticssupport.

•TechnologyandSystems-MakesureITandcomputerequipmentmeetstheEnglishFirststandard.Ensurethatallrelevantinformationisregisteredproperlyintheproductionsystem.
