Covering Process Formulation and Execution（包胶工艺制定与执行）：Based on product requirements and rubber formulas, independently develop scientific covering processes (including vulcanization temperature, pressure, time, and roller winding techniques). Ensure the bonding strength and surface quality meet design standards. Guide the team to strictly follow the established processes during production. 根据产品需求和橡胶配方，独立制定科学的包胶工艺（包括硫化温度、压力、时间及辊筒缠绕技术）。确保粘合强度和表面质量符合设计标准，并指导团队在生产中严格执行既定工艺。 2. Hands-on Operation and Technical Support（动手实操与技术支持）：Must be capable of personally operating covering equipment (such as extruders, open mills, calender and vulcanization tanks) to complete complex or high-precision covering tasks. Handle technical difficulties and equipment adjustments on the production line personally to ensure production continuity. 必须具备亲自操作包胶设备（如挤出机、开炼机、压延机、硫化罐等）的能力，以完成复杂或高精度的包胶任务。亲自处理生产线上的技术难题和设备调试，确保生产连续性。 3. Team Management and Training（团队管理与培训）：Manage the covering team, arrange daily work tasks, and conduct practical skill training (especially on rubber mixing, pre-forming, and wrapping skills). Motivate the team to improve efficiency and technical levels. Evaluate team members' performance regularly. 管理包胶团队，安排日常工作任务，并进行实操技能培训（特别是混胶、预成型及缠绕技巧）。激励团队提升效率和技术水平。定期对团队成员进行绩效评估。 4. On-site 5S and Material Management（现场5S与物料管理）：Responsible for the 5S management of the covering workshop. Ensure the rational storage of raw rubber and chemical materials (preventing scorching or contamination). Keep the workplace clean and tidy to improve work safety and efficiency. 负责包胶车间的5S管理。确保生胶和化工材料的合理存储（防止焦烧或污染）。保持工作场所干净整洁，提升工作安全性和效率。 5. Quality Control in Covering Process（包胶过程质量管控）：Strictly implement quality inspection standards. Conduct timely inspections on semi-finished and finished rollers (checking for bubbles, delamination, hardness, and dimensions). Identify and solve quality problems such as poor adhesion or surface defects in a timely manner. 严格执行质量检验标准。及时对半成品和成品胶辊进行检验（检查气泡、脱层、硬度及尺寸）。及时发现并解决粘合力差或表面缺陷等质量问题。 6. Production Coordination and Reporting（生产协调与汇报）：Coordinate with the grinding department and production planning to ensure smooth process flow. Report daily production status, quality issues, and material consumption to superiors in a timely manner. Propose suggestions for improving covering technology and reducing costs. 与研磨部门及生产计划进行协调，确保工序流转顺畅。及时向上级汇报每日生产进度、质量问题及物料消耗情况。提出改进包胶技术和降低成本的建议。 II. Qualification Requirements（任职要求） 1. Have rich experience in rubber roller grinding, be familiar with the characteristics of various rubber materials and the grinding process of rubber rollers, and have a deep understanding of the impact of different grinding processes on rubber roller performance. 拥有丰富的胶辊研磨经验，熟悉各类橡胶材料的特性及胶辊研磨工艺，对不同研磨工艺对胶辊性能的影响有深刻理解。 2. Be able to formulate grinding processes according to new rubber formulas, and have the ability to adjust the processes flexibly according to the actual production situation. 能够根据新的胶辊配方制定研磨工艺，并具备根据实际生产情况灵活调整工艺的能力。 3. Have certain team management experience, be able to effectively lead the team to complete production tasks, and have good communication and coordination skills within the team. 具备一定的团队管理经验，能够有效带领团队完成生产任务，在团队内部具备良好的沟通协调能力。 4. Familiar with on - site 5S management standards and methods, and have practical experience in 5S management implementation. 熟悉现场5S管理标准及方法，具备5S管理实施的实际经验。 6. Have a strong sense of responsibility, practical work style, and the ability to solve problems in the grinding process independently. 具有强烈的责任心、务实的工作作风，能够独立解决研磨过程中出现的各类问题。 III.
