岗位职责Responsibilities： 1、硬件架构与设计：负责电子压力传感器产品的整体硬件架构设计和技术路线规划；独立完成从原理图设计、元器件选型到 PCB Layout 审核的全流程硬件开发工作；主导核心信号调理电路的设计与优化。Hardware Architecture and Design: Responsible for the overall hardware architecture design and technical roadmap planning for electronic pressure sensor products; Independently complete the full-cycle hardware development from schematic design, component selection to PCB Layout review; Lead the design and optimization of core signal conditioning circuits. 2、测试、验证与调试：制定并执行详尽的硬件测试计划，完成各阶段的功能、性能及可靠性测试；负责硬件调试、故障分析和问题定位；主导产品的 EMC/EMI 测试与整改。Testing, Validation, and Debugging: Develop and execute detailed hardware test plans, completing functional, performance, and reliability testing at all stages; Responsible for hardware debugging, failure analysis, and issue localization; Lead EMC/EMI testing and rectification. 3、团队协作与项目推进：与软件、机械、生产等团队紧密合作，确保硬件设计满足系统需求和量产要求；参与产品定义和需求分析，跟进 NPI 流程。Team Collaboration and Project Advancement: Collaborate closely with software, mechanical, production, and other teams to ensure hardware designs meet system requirements and manufacturing feasibility; Participate in product definition and requirements analysis, and follow the NPI process. 4、技术领导力 (主管 / 资深)：指导初级工程师工作，进行技术评审；撰写和维护技术文档，建立团队知识库；跟踪行业前沿技术，进行技术预研。Technical Leadership (Lead/Senior): Guide the work of junior engineers and conduct technical reviews; Write and maintain technical documentation to establish the team's knowledge base; Track cutting-edge industry technologies and conduct technical pre-research. 任职要求Qualifications： 1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，电子信息工程、自动化、测控技术与仪器等相关专业。Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Information Engineering, Automation, Measurement & Control Technology and Instruments, or related fields. 2、工作经验： 1）资深工程师: 5年以上硬件电路设计经验，至少主导过 2 款以上电子产品从研发到量产的完整周期。Senior Engineer: 5+ years of hardware circuit design experience, having led the complete cycle from R&D to mass production for at least 2 electronic products. 2）主管工程师: 8年以上硬件研发经验，具备团队管理或项目领导经验者优先。Lead Engineer: 8+ years of hardware R&D experience, with team management or project leadership experience preferred. 3）有压力 / 温度传感器、工业仪器仪表开发经验者优先。Experience in developing pressure/temperature sensors or industrial instrumentation is a plus. 3、技术技能：精通模拟电子电路设计，对传感器信号调理、低噪声 / 高精度电路有深入理解；熟练使用 Altium Designer, Cadence 等 EDA 设计工具；熟悉 EMC/EMI 设计规范和整改方法。Technical Skills: Proficient in analog electronic circuit design, with in-depth understanding of sensor signal conditioning, low-noise/high-precision circuits; Skilled in using EDA design tools such as Altium Designer or Cadence; Familiar with EMC/EMI design specifications and rectification methods. 4、综合素质：具备出色的问题分析和解决能力；优秀的跨团队沟通和协作能力；结果导向，具备强烈的责任心和抗压能力。General Qualities: Excellent problem analysis and solving skills; Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills; Result-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility and resilience.
