Task & Responsibilities: Based on personal work experience, contribute to the development and refinement of methods and technologies – Support the establishment of discipline-specific standards and promote streamlined, effective engineering workflows. Produce engineering outputs in line with established engineering procedures and disciplinary guidelines, while reviewing peer engineers’ deliverables – Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, are completed on time and within budget, and fulfill (internal) client expectations. Provide support and clarification when queries arise regarding engineering documentation or designs. Assist in commissioning, testing, and service activities by actively supporting and overseeing these phases according to applicable protocols and quality assurance criteria – Ensure continuous engineering support throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor product design quality in alignment with project specifications. Report regularly on progress, outstanding actions, and estimated completion timelines. Deliver all required documentation punctually – Guarantee project closure in compliance with defined requirements and schedule. Engage in technical discussions with peers, challenge engineering decisions when necessary, and align with internal processes. Deepen understanding of production processes to enhance the quality of engineering outcomes. Possesses solid understanding of assembly and manufacturing techniques, system installations, commissioning processes, and a comprehensive overview of various engineering disciplines. Complexity of tasks: Responsible for creating detailed designs, conceptual designs, and system-level designs. Handles highly complex design challenges. Quality controls: Held to the same review standards as a mechanical engineer; own work requires approval per the authorization matrix. Autonomy: Operates at the level of a mechanical engineer, with personal deliverables subject to approval as defined in the authorization matrix. Requirements: 1. Education & Experience: Master’s degree with at least 5 years of engineering experience, or bachelor’s degree with minimum 7 years of relevant experience. 3. Vocational qualification with a minimum of 10 years of engineering experience. 4. Fundamental understanding of discipline-specific standards. 5. Language: Proficient in both spoken and written Mandarin and English. 6. Computer: Competent in AutoCAD, Inventor (or equivalent 3D CAD software), and Microsoft Office suite. 7.
